1. Physical Books

We accept returns or exchanges for printed books only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The book is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Pages are missing or misprinted.

To request a refund or exchange:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  • The book must be unused and returned in its original condition.

Once approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.


2. Digital Books (eBooks & Audiobooks)

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and audiobooks are final.
Refunds or exchanges are not available once the file or access link has been delivered.
If you encounter technical issues (e.g., download problems, access errors), please contact us — we’ll help restore your access as soon as possible.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank; processing times may vary.
