1. Order Cancellation – Physical Books

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

To cancel your order:

• Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

If payment has already been made, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirming the cancellation.

2. Order Cancellation – Digital Books (eBooks & Audiobooks)

Because digital products are delivered instantly via download link or email, orders for eBooks and audiobooks cannot be canceled once the file or link has been sent.

If you experience any technical issues with your download or access, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you.

3. Company Rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

• Payment not received or verified

• Technical or pricing errors on the website

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
